End of Tenancy

We can clean to the standard required by agencies, cleaning throughout the property including all internal and external surfaces. This can include the oven, fridge and freezer where appropriate.
This can also be combined with carpet cleaning, and all internal and external glass.
If necessary we can tidy the garden and if required, arrange for rubbish clearance although this aspect is usually given to an Environment Agency approved contractor.
An itemised invoice is provided detailing the work done.
Not sure if an End of Tenancy clean is required? Then we would suggest checking your Rental agreement. It is often specified that a professional clean is required. Also, if your accommodation was professionally cleaned when you moved in, then this is a good guide that it should be done when you move out. If all else fails, then check with your landlord or managing agent.
Please note that we make every effort to ensure the clean is done to the best possible standard. However we cannot guarantee that the deposit will be refunded in full as a result.
