Do we get the same cleaner every week?
We try hard to do this, but it cannot be guaranteed for operational reasons. However we never send anyone to your home without showing them what is required.
What do your cleaners do?
Everything that comes under the heading of cleaning. We dust, vacuum, polish as appropriate, clean kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and floors.
Can you clean the oven?
Yes, but it takes time and can require specialist cleaning products. For these reasons it is usually scheduled outside of regular cleaning, and at additional cost. However, if your cooker is clean or new and a wipe out as part of regular cleaning is all that is needed, then it can be included.
Do I have to be at home?
No, if you are happy for us to hold keys, we can clean while you are at work. Keys are held securely and coded. As we bring the staff to each job, there is no need for them to have access to your key.
How about payment?
Cash or cheque is fine. Generally we look for payment per visit, although for commercial clients we invoice for the work.

Call or e-mail us about your needs. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and give you a price for the work. There is no obligation.
