Terms and Conditions
Our clients are important to us, for both the protection of yourselves and our company please read the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment for Services
We request full payment on the same day we complete the work. Rainbow Domestic Services Ltd accepts payment by cash, personal or business cheque. Cheques should be made out to Rainbow Domestic Services Ltd. Commercial customers are invoiced monthly. Please note that a 5% late fee will be applied to payment due after 10 working days. We consider every first visit as a one-off job. 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Once we make a booking we hold that slot for you, schedule staff and transport, and turn away other customers. Less than 24-hour cancellations will be charged at the full price, and 50% within 48 hours. If you advise us of cancellation before 48 hours, there is no charge. We accept that things can, and do happen, so please contact us if at all possible. Call on 07778 399318 or e-mail us. 

Insurance
All cleaners are covered by insurance, provided by AXA. Please note: The insurance is subject to an excess of £250. Although we take every care when cleaning your home, sometimes accidents do happen. We will make every attempt to advise you of such damage, and where it is clearly our fault we will make every effort to have the item repaired / replaced or rectify the problem by crediting the customer with the item's present actual cash value.
All breakages/damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours from our service date.

We also suggest that all fragile, highly breakable or expensive items should be secured / removed or please advise us clearly of a need for special care.
We would recommend checking your home contents insurance and adding accidental damage cover. 

Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home and we can give you a quote if appropriate.

Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any 3rd party. We also guarantee full discretion, respect for your private life and we handle every detail about your home and lifestyle with respect and confidentiality. We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services. We agree not to duplicate our customer’s keys. Upon cancellation, we return the keys within five business days.

Refunds
We pride ourselves in giving the best possible service to our clients. We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service. Since house cleaning is a personalized service, we cannot offer refunds, however if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
